Business Services
Most business owners get plenty of leads. Your main challenge is to have a system that follows up on your leads so you can grow the necessary momentum and convert them into new customers for your business. We are all going to networking events on Zoom, but are you effectively following up 100% of the time? How many new customers are you losing because they slip through the cracks? A great followup system is a must in any business!
My straightforward, actionable strategies for small business success provide clients and seminar audiences with cost-effective plans that generate bigger profits faster. Since 2007, I’ve worked with countless business owners and entrepreneurs throughout the United States developing plans and programs for marketing, budgets, communication, customer service, image and branding, profitability, employee and vendor relationships, as well as time management and wellness plans for you and your employees.
I provide clients and audiences with “Business Strategies that Work!” My speaking style is interactive and audiences remain engaged as I share techniques and strategies that can be utilized in any business immediately. I work with business owners of professional offices, retail spaces, restaurants and bars, salons and gyms, and non-profit organizations.
Three things: Don’t burn bridges with your employees or your contractors. They can make or break you when you have the opportunity to “go back to work”. In many ways they are the “first impression” of your business. You want that to be a positive & memorable impression. Second: Don’t panic and start slashing your budget. Methodically review all income and expenses line by line. How can you bring expenses down without eliminating the item (change the contract, shift hours, etc.)? Third: Market! Market! Market! Everything that “goes out the door” by phone, text, paper bag, individual or whatever needs to be letting people know what your business is, where it is, and that you are indeed “open” for business.
Now more than ever, you need to keep your name and services out there.
During this Pandemic, it’s the best time to reach out to your current customers and prospects, show them you care and offer them your advice and help them in anyway you can.
